Shine 2022
Shine 2022, the annual new talent showcase in jewellery and silversmithing, returns online here at goldsmiths-shop-talent.org and as a free exhibition at the Goldsmiths' Centre, the educational charity's London venue (EC1M 5AD, 3-minutes from Farringdon station) until 22 December 2022.
This year’s ten stand-out Shine 2022 exhibitors, Ruby Taglight, EDXÚ, MuseLi-Q, Cameron and Breen, Caitlin Murphy, Genevieve Schwartz, Deborah Beck, Caius Bearder and Poppy Norton, take their design inspiration from countless personal and universal sources: the galaxy, plastic rubbish, mythical creatures, Western and Eastern breakfast, the Bauhaus movement, ancient design to the universal lockdown.
All exhibitors have completed a free, intensive taught programme as part of the Goldsmiths’ Centre’s training portfolio for UK-based early career makers, helping them to learn how to present a new collection of work online and in person and create a network of peers.
