Shine 2023
Shine 2023, the annual new talent showcase in jewellery and silversmithing, returns online here at goldsmiths-shop-talent.org and as a free exhibition at the Goldsmiths' Centre, the educational charity's London venue (EC1M 5AD, 3-minutes from Farringdon station) until 22 December 2023.
Presented by the Goldsmiths’ Centre, Shine gives ten emerging creative businesses a platform to present, sell and showcase their jewellery and silversmithing collections. From investigating Ghanaian Kente cloth to digital pixels and code their sparkling new collections reflect the rich diversity in their design and approaches to making – whether that’s through the impact of their immediate environment, diverse cultural backgrounds or artistic influences.

All exhibitors have completed a free, intensive taught programme as part of the Goldsmiths’ Centre’s training portfolio for UK-based early career makers, helping them to learn how to present a new collection of work online and in person and create a network of peers.
